At RESONIKS, one of the things we hold closest is our culture of genuine care. It’s not just something we say; it’s something we live every day in how we support, uplift, and show up for one another. That kind of environment is rare, and few people embody it as naturally as Hamid, our Head of Software.
With over 15 years experience in software development, Hamid brings a depth of knowledge that has become a cornerstone of our technology. His expertise doesn’t just strengthen our product; it helps shape the direction of our mission and the way we build for the future.
Hamid joined Team RESONIKS in 2024 as our Software Tech Lead, and it didn’t take long for his impact to be felt. Within just six months, he stepped into the role of Head of Software, a reflection of both his technical excellence and the trust he inspires in those around him.
But what truly sets Hamid apart is who he is as a person. He leads with kindness, supports his team wholeheartedly, and has a way of bringing lightness to even the most challenging moments. His ability to laugh, connect, and lift others makes him someone people genuinely enjoy being around, and someone we’re incredibly grateful to have on our team.
We’re proud to share his story.
About Me
I’ve always been drawn to solving real, practical problems, the kind that require both curiosity and persistence. As Head of Software, my focus is on using modern technology to build systems that are not only effective today, but resilient and scalable for the future. Throughout my career, I’ve tried to hold a high standard for quality while ensuring that everything we create genuinely supports long-term business goals.
What I enjoy most, though, is the shared energy of a team working through a tough challenge together. There’s something incredibly rewarding about collaborating, learning from one another, and growing side by side. Some of my favourite moments at RESONIKS have been our brainstorming sessions. Those moments when, after circling a problem, everything suddenly clicks. That collective “aha!” is a big part of why I love what I do.
Why do you enjoy being part of the RESONIKS team?
What makes RESONIKS special to me is the balance between innovation and support. It’s an environment where people are constantly learning, but also genuinely looking out for one another. We’re not just building systems, we’re continuously refining and improving what we do as a team. That shared commitment to growth makes a big difference.
What was the moment you knew you’d made the right decision to work here?
It became clear as I watched the team grow, not in size, but in confidence and capability. Hearing others speak highly of their teammates was meaningful, but what stood out even more was hearing it directly from the team themselves. Despite the high standards we hold, people are genuinely happy to be here and to contribute. That balance between ambition and positive energy made me realize I had made the right choice.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
For me, it’s the journey from a complex, abstract problem to a solution that truly works. There’s a unique satisfaction in seeing something take shape after the team has invested so much thought and effort into it. Watching our software come to life and interact seamlessly with hardware to solve real-world challenges is something that never loses its appeal.
When do you come up with your best ideas?
Interestingly, it’s usually when I’m not actively trying to solve anything. My best ideas tend to surface when I step away, during a walk or a quiet moment with a cup of coffee. When the noise settles, clarity seems to follow.
What makes our company unique compared to other places you’ve worked?
It’s the combination of high standards and a genuinely supportive culture. In many environments, you’re often forced to choose between technical excellence and a positive atmosphere. Here, you don’t have to. There’s a shared drive to do great work, without ego getting in the way. People support each other, challenge each other, and ultimately grow together. That’s what makes it truly special.
