Meet Arsham Jowharpour, our Product Designer.

Arsham joined Team RESONIKS in March of this year. He brings a calm and collected energy to the team. Always relaxed, always steady. But behind that composure is a mind buzzing with creativity. His design process is a labyrinth of fascinating ideas, which he transforms into reality with his sharp skills. Arsham has already made a name for himself in the design world, with achievements such as the Red Dot Design Award (Finalist), iF Design Award Winner (twice), and the INOTEX Innovative Innovation First Prize.

A bit about me

Hi, I’m Arsham. I started my journey in industrial design.

Over time, I discovered my sweet spot, where physical products meet digital experiences. That’s where I thrive. I’ve worked in both the corporate world (including a crypto exchange with millions of users) and the fast-paced, chaotic world of startups. Surprisingly, even though corporate life looks smoother on paper, I always end up drawn to the energy of startups, that’s where I feel most at home.

One highlight at RESONIKS was working on the QC600 monitor stand and updating our application. Both projects came with tight timelines and lots of back-and-forth iterations, but the results were functional, polished, and truly collaborative. I felt like I was working with people who not only knew their own craft inside out but also genuinely understood the goals of mine.

Outside work, I’m always curious, whether it’s testing new tech, tackling creative challenges, or even checking out the smallest Figma update. And of course, joining a fun team retreat in my first few months was a huge bonus. It helped me connect, share laughs, and immediately feel part of RESONIKS.

The mix of unfinished ideas, a tight deadline, and a strong cup of coffee. (Not necessarily in that order.)

Productivity Hack

I’m one of those people who gets super productive right before a deadline. That “crunch-time” energy helps me focus like nothing else.

To take advantage of that, I create mini fake deadlines for myself. For example, I’ll say: “Finish this concept sketch before lunch” or “Wrap up this iteration before the 3 p.m. coffee break.” These self-imposed checkpoints trick my brain into working with the same intensity as a real deadline, but without the last-minute panic. It’s simple, but it keeps me moving forward and helps me break big projects into smaller, achievable wins.

Life outside of Work

I’m into gaming (though only when life gives me enough peace of mind for it). That said, I once finished Red Dead Redemption in just three days. So when I play, I really play.

I’m also the go-to guy for knowing the best gaming laptop in the €1527 - €1842 range, or the latest beta update in my design tools. I love movies and series too, though that might sound a little cliché.

How has the company supported your professional growth and development?

I’ve had the chance to learn and experiment with new tools, software, and AI technologies. Every time I came across something new, I was encouraged to dive in, learn it, and apply it directly to our projects, rather than sticking only to what we already knew.

This not only keeps me up to date and growing as a designer, but also ensures that our design processes at RESONIKS stay current, efficient, and future ready.
