RESONIKS' Employee Stories - Meet Lena Hüttl

At RESONIKS, our team shapes who we are. Our culture, innovation, and everyday energy. Today, we’re proud to spotlight Lena Hüttl.

Lena joined RESONIKS early this year as our Marketing Manager, bringing with her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, communication, branding, and channel management. She is at the heart of establishing RESONIKS as both a recognised product brand and an employer brand. Her endless ideas and creativity are clearly visible in everything she does, whether it’s her core responsibilities or the creative, fun, and thoughtful improvements she brings to our workplace.

We’re excited to share her story.

About Me

I’ve spent my career working across Marketing, Communication, Branding, and Channel Management. Along with a MBA in International Business, stepping into my role at RESONIKS felt like a natural fit for my love of variety and new challenges.

When I’m not working, you will most likely find me outdoors, planning my next trip, or (every now and then) on a theatre stage. I genuinely need that creative outlet and yes, a bit of an audience, to feel like myself. Being a mom has also taught me one of life’s biggest lessons: accepting that not everything is in my control even if I’m still practicing that one.

Why do I enjoy being part of the RESONIKS team?

On our website, we say that our international team embraces different perspectives to create better solutions and I can honestly say that it’s not just a nice statement. It’s real.

What makes it even better is the openness here. There’s no hidden agenda, no politics, just a group of people who genuinely want to see each other, the products, and the company succeed. That kind of shared mindset makes coming to work every day feel meaningful

What did I want to be when I grew up?
A pharmacist!

I loved the idea of helping people feel better. In my mind, it was all about understanding what someone needed, mixing a bit of this and that, and handing over the perfect solution.

That dream faded when I realised chemistry wasn’t exactly my strength… but interestingly, the core idea never really left me. Today, I still spend my time helping people figure out what they need and guiding them toward solutions, it just looks a little different than what I imagined as a kid.

When do I come up with my best ideas?

Definitely in conversations.

Most of my ideas start as a small spark, but once I start talking them through, sharing my thoughts, hearing different perspectives, and refining along the way, that’s when they really come to life. For me, great ideas are almost always a team effort.

Book or podcast recommendation

On Time and Water by Andri Snær Magnason.

It’s one of those books that really stays with you. It blends science and philosophy in a way that makes you think differently about our past, our future, and our relationship with nature.

What I loved most is how it connects culture. Our stories, history, and art, to the way we shape the world around us. It’s thought-provoking, but still warm and even a bit humorous at times, which makes it an enjoyable read despite the big themes.
