The Role:
As a Sales Intern, you will dive into the manufacturing industry, learning to navigate its complex structures and engage with potential clients. Your role will involve supporting the sales team in managing sales cycles, understanding client needs, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
Support in navigating complex sales environments to connect with decision-makers.
Assist in managing parts of the sales cycle: lead generation, storytelling, negotiation, and client follow-up.
Join client meetings and industry events, helping to build and maintain relationships.
Help maintain CRM tools for sales tracking and lead generation.
Gather, analyze, and present data to support the sales team in strategic decision-making and market analysis.
Contribute to customer success efforts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Update and organize sales materials, keeping the team informed about sales activities.
Collaborate with team members, customers, and partners from diverse roles and industries.
Qualifications:
Interest in B2B sales, with enthusiasm to learn about manufacturing or a related industry.
Willingness to discuss technical topics related to engineering and physics.
Eagerness to develop negotiation skills and learn about CRM software.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bonus:
Knowledge in manufacturing, quality control, physics, or acoustics.
German, Dutch, or Finnish language skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams for product feedback.
Education & Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
