The Role:
In your role as a (Senior) Business Development Manager, you'll be diving deep into the manufacturing industry, forging pathways through intricate company hierarchies to engage with buyers, users, and decision-makers. Your expertise in managing long, complex B2B sales cycles will be crucial in promoting our cutting-edge products. You'll not only tell the story of our products but elucidate the intricate engineering and physics behind them.

Responsibilities:
Navigate complex sales environments to connect with decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, storytelling, negotiation, and closing.
Travel for client meetings and industry events, building and maintaining relationships.
Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking, documentation, and lead generation (experience with Pipedrive or another CRM is a plus).
Drive customer success from initial sale to ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Keep the sales materials up-to-date and accessible, ensuring the team stays informed about all sales-related activities.
Embrace a collaborative culture, connecting with team members, customers, and partners across a spectrum of roles and industries.
Qualifications:
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
Comfortable discussing technical, engineering, and physics concepts.
Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bonus:
Knowledge in manufacturing, quality control, physics, or acoustics.
German or Finnish language skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams for product feedback.
Education & Experience:
A solid history of successful sales experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
